Our reputation is growing due to the high standards of customer service we offer our clients, working with them to achieve their goals. With our government accredited assessors we have been involved with all aspects of the part L compliance such as Air permeability testing, Design Sap calculation and as built EPC's both domestic and commercial. We offer advice on all aspects of part L compliance to assist our clients to achieve the required standards, in most cases we work with their projects teams to deliver more efficient designs. We pride ourselves in the ability is to work with both the national developers such as Galliford Try, but also delivering the services to local architectural consulting practices. We work with our clients and we recognise that they have a choice and we would like to be their first choice, when it comes to Part L compliance, As a consultancy we are increasingly asked to get involved with CRC.

 Chatham Place, Reading

This Project is a £250m mixed use development in Reading town centre. It is a partnership development between Muse Developments and Reading Borough Council. It is the biggest new development under way in the town at present The first phase of an overall development of 1.1 million sq ft on 11 acres is now complete, comprising both private and affordable housing, a 590 space multi-storey car park and substantial public open spaces.

Bermondsey Square, London

This project involves the creation of a new public square in Bermondsey. Designed by Munkenbeck & Marshall, the project will provide a major new cultural facility and enhanced marketing space. Just a ten minute walk from London Bridge station is the oasis that's Bermondsey Square. In a city where bland homes and offices are all too frequent, Bermondsey Square is a real breath of fresh air. The Mill, Stalybridge

Is picking up where the cotton industry left off, bringing this once thriving mill back to life. Long lands will soon house a mix of apartments, shops, cafes and gardens. Holyport Manor School, Maidenhead

The school has a wide range of special needs represented across the 150 pupils aged 2 to 19, however, all of them have a learning difficulty and many have extra problems to overcome. This project is a residential special school of some 9,000m². The project includes residential and respite accommodation, hydrotherapy pool, teaching areas and sensory rooms. The design will include biomass/bio fuel boilers complete with CHP, under floor heating and cooling as well as providing natural light and ventilation.

Digswell Lodge , Welwyn Garden City

An exclusive development of ten spectacular and spacious new homes set in the secure, secluded and beautifully landscaped grounds of Digswell Lodge, on the west side of leafy Welwyn Garden City.Built to the highest standards, the development includes six three-bedroom semi-detached houses, two two-bedroom end-terrace houses and two two-bedroom mid-terrace houses. Ibstock Ivanhoe rural blend bricks have been used in the Flemish bond construction in keeping with the 17th Century Digswell Lodge.

Chudliegh Mill , Yeovil

The original mill building is approximately 300 years old with some later alterations and extensions. TST solutions had purchased the site with a view to redevelop the Old Mill and Millhouse.

Millbay , Plymouth

The £300 million regeneration of Millbay will transform a partly redundant and derelict 19 acre harbourside area close to the city centre into an exciting new waterfront community, heralding the latest chapter in the city’s ongoing renaissance A centrepiece of the new scheme is a proposed 18-storey development on Clyde Quay including speciality shops and leisure uses on the ground and first floors, with residential accommodation above and an observation deck on the roof with sweeping views to the open sea and Drake’s Island to the south. Each of the residential buildings will have its own distinctive communal roof garden for the use of all residents. The scheme will also provide full public access to the quayside at Millbay.

Gibraltar Barracks, Minley

Within the SLAM (Single Living Accommodation Modification) programme several supply chain partners and dedicated manufacturing facilities are aligned to the construction of service accommodation across a wide number of MoD establishments in the UK Part of the nationwide construction programme supporting the SLAM (single living accommodation modernisation) project. The buildings at Minley consist of 2, multi-storey buildings, built across a campus style site. Prefabricated the entire structure including flats an open 'atrium' style core area with balcony landings. The roof structures were fully pre-fabricated and pre-clad, lifted into place onto the assembled modular structure.
